Question 1: What are the formats that allowed to process?

         Most of the media format that Windows Media Player supported. If you find that the website cannot track your video file correctly, please send us the format of your AVI file (it is shown when you upload your file)

Question 2: How can I change the format of the video.

     If the webpage fails to track your vieo, we suggest you change the format of your video. You can use the software SUPER to convert the format.

Question 3: What is the size limitation?

          You can upload your avi file under 15M, if you exceed this limitation there would be a notice.
